Devious Journal Entry

Sun Nov 9, 2008, 7:00 PM
And the people said to the prophet, "We long to know the nature of the Infinite. What can you tell us about it?"

And the prophet answered, "How will you know the nature of the Infinite until you know the nature of yourselves? Are you not children of the Infinite? Do you not, with every choice that you carry into action, participate in the creation of the universe? With your every decisive act, do you not bring that which heretofore existed only in your mind and make it reality? Even divided and imperfect as you are, have you not raised mountains in the desert? Have you not touched the face of the heavens? Have you not brought rain to land that was parched and made green that which was barren? The earth itself you mold to your will and sculpt to your purposes. You are as children, yet you have done these things. How much more could you do if you only knew what you were! I say to you: you carry within yourselves the answer to that which you seek. Do not look outside for the Infinite; the Infinite is within you -- each and every man and woman among you may begin to know the nature of the Infinite by knowing the nature of himself or herself."

And the people did not understand his words.

You're welcome! :D I thought it was extremely creative, especially with the cutout letters and words that sort of give the whole message an edgy feel, like someone mysterious is trying to tell you something important...

Well thank you for sharing it! :D I love the soaring mountains, the puffy clouds, the colors, the wide angle view so you really feel like you're floating above it all -- it's all wonderful! What inspired the picture, if you don't mind my asknig?
:iconrealityfaery:
:blushes: Thanks. I actually was inspired by a song off of an album by Kaskade called "Let You Go", the trumpet in the opening of the song was what really brought about the idea for this. It was also brought about thinking of my special someone :aww:

 D'oh! I knew I should have checked here sooner. Sorry about the delay. ^^; Can I blame it all on work? Sure I can. It was all work's fault. Yes, completely and without a doubt all work's fault...
